So it finally happened where I can show you.
I cleaned this carpet 4 days ago and got a call back
that some stains had came back after the carpet dried.
This is called ‘wicking’ and can be extremely frustrating.
Especially for the client paying for carpet cleaning
only to have it dry and have stains reappear.

The remedy is simple, if you are a DIY person
home bought hydrogen peroxide (3%) can be used.
Put this in a spray bottle and spray the area that wicked back up.
Rub it in a little with a microfiber towel and that’s it!
The peroxide will get to work and remove the stain as it dries.
In this video I used Cobbs UPS acid pre spray and then hit it with
Cobbs encapsulate to prevent future wicking.
