Real or artificial, plants are dust catchers and a pain to clean; unless you chose to try the easy way. Cleaning leaf by leaf, petal by petal, is very time consuming and not efficient. I recently decided to try something new. If it worked GREAT, if not, I was tired of dusty houseplants anyway. The method worked better than I could have ever imagined! I sprayed each plant thoroughly with “Simple Green” (diluted as per instruction). I mean every inch; on top, under and all around and then allowed to sit outside until they were completely dry. I then took the garden hose and, using the fine spray setting, rinsed the plants completely, hung them upside down when possible and again allowed it to dry. They looked new and shiny and the smell was refreshing. If you don’t believe me, try it for yourself. You will never hesitate to clean them again. So simple and easy and cost only pennies.
