How do I create my Queen Bee Account?

When you book service online, an account is automatically created for you. Alternatively you can create a log into your account at QB Portal
Simply set up your email, choose your password, & you’re ready to go.

You can make changes such: apply a coupon to a future appointment, you can also change or update your credit card, your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

What is the difference between a Standard Cleaning a Deep Clean & Move Out?

Standard Cleaning
Is our most popular service, commonly-requested service for families, busy professionals who want to use enjoy quality time, without worrying about cleaning.
we keep your home fresh & clean every weekly, biweekly, monthly or on demand!

Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning is ideal for homes that have gone several weeks or months without being cleaned.
Deep Cleaning includes interior window cleaning & sills, detail blinds & detail baseboards.

Move In/Move Out Cleaning
Move In/Move Out cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant, also suitable for lease inspections
This is a deeper cleaning that includes Inside Kitchen Cabinets, Inside Oven & Fridge, Interior Windows & Sills, Detail Blinds & Detail Baseboards.

How much will it cost?

  • We offer flat pricing in our services based on the number of rooms & bathrooms.
  • Rates for post construction/remodeling cleanings are $0.22 per Sq. Ft.
  • We also offer hourly rate at $47/per maid with a minimum 1.5 hour with 2 cleaners ($141 – price includes tools + supplies)
    When ordering hourly service, please have a prioritize list available, our crew will start at the top of the list and work our way down until the time is up.
    * Please note: We don’t offer recurring discounts for hourly cleaning.


Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products & equipment?

We provide the equipment & professional grade chemicals needed to thoroughly clean your home; if you require us to use green cleaning products or If you want us to use your cleaning products, please let us know before we start the service.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing. Simply add our extras in the booking form, or call or email our office at least one day in advance so that we can schedule any extra time that will be required.

How do I make changes on my service?

Alternatively you can give us a call 425-786-1360 if there are any issues at all, or if you require a different kind of service.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account here to update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We request that you give us a minimum of 24 Hrs. advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason to avoid incurring a $70 cancellation fee.

Where can I find my past invoices?

Contact our Customer Service team 425-786-1360 for copies of your previous invoices.

Am I required to sign a contract?

There’s no contracts ever!you can cancel whenever you want.
No pressure to sign up for recurring service & no crazy up-selling. Our Quality is Our Contract!

How long will my cleaning take?

We usually do not like to give exact time frames for our cleanings. However, we usually estimate 1-1.5 hours per bedroom, 1-1.5 hours per full bath, 30 minutes for half bath.
These are average times based on years of experience, but may change based on the actual condition of the house, in special cases such as extremely large homes, hoarders, etc.
We do adjust the estimate in order to be fair.
Deep cleanings take more time than a recurring service since the service includes more tasks.
Here’s a chart that will help you determine the approximate time.

Please remember, because we quote cleaning jobs sight unseen, your particular project could take more or less time based on the actual amount of work to be done.

Are your prices higher than other companies?

No, our prices are very competitive & far lower than franchise cleaning companies, our service has better quality & higher standards
We are very detail oriented, plus our low overhead = savings to you!

Be aware of
many “cleaning companies” who clean homes illegally because they have not taken the steps necessary to become a legitimate business, they don’t carry any insurance to protect the homeowner’s possessions & their own employees in case of injury; many also pay them under the table, because of this they can offer lower prices, the problem here is that clients have no recourse for compensation from these companies if their belongings are broken or stolen or if the maids damage you granite counter-top or your hardwood floor.

All of our technicians are bonded & insured & go through an extensive background check, we have a liability insurance to protect your homes & its contents,
In addition, our employees are covered by WA State workers compensation insurance for any injuries occurring inside or outside of your home.

Do I need to be at home when the cleaners are there?

It’s up to you, many of our clients are away during cleaning, there are different ways to arrange our visit.
You may leave keys hidden under the mat, in the mailbox, etc., with a neighbor, front desk, or give us a spare.
We will need to have a key or security code for the alarm system, we have systems in place to keep your keys secure.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust the cleaners?

Queen Bee customers enjoy the benefits of a full contingent liability policy underwritten by Farmers Insurance. $1,000,000 liability insurance policy & a $10,000 fidelity bond. This means that the insurance protects not only our company and employees, but also each of its customers as third parties for such possibilities of breakage & damage.
We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants in our hiring process & we are fully licensed, bonded & insured.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We have a Guarantee Satisfaction policy! If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right, if you are displeased with the work performed, call our office & we will return to your home within 24 hours to fix the problem. That’s our promise to you!

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with each cleaning you receive from us. If you are not absolutely delighted with the cleaning, we will re-service the area within 24 hours of notification for free. Most cleaning companies wouldn’t dare stand behind a guarantee like this, but we stand behind our work.

Is my card information & personal information safe & secure?

Our website is protected by an extended validation SSL certificate issued by COMODO, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256-bit security protocol; the credit card transactions are processed by Stripe.
No credit card numbers are stored in our system, rest assured we take security very seriously.


How Recurring Discount Works

The recurring discount starts on the 2nd cleaning, not on the first cleaning.

My Yelp Voucher is not working!

Since Yelp generates the Voucher code when you purchase it, the booking form wont recognize the code right away,
Just send your Yelp Code in the comments section & we will apply the discount for you.
