Hours Of Operation
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Cleaning hours are Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:00 am & 4:00 pm.
Are Your Prices Higher Than Other Companies?
No, our prices are very competitive & far lower than franchise cleaning companies, our service has better quality & higher standards.

Be aware of many “cleaning companies” who clean homes illegally because they have not taken the steps necessary to become a legitimate business, they don’t carry any insurance to protect the homeowner’s possessions & their own employees in case of injury; many also pay them under the table, because of this, they can offer lower prices, the problem here is that clients have no recourse for compensation from these companies if their belongings are broken or stolen or if the maids damage you granite counter-top or your hardwood floor.

How Much Will It Cost?
Simple: We offer flat pricing in our services based on the number of rooms & bathrooms

We also offer an hourly rate at $50/per maid with a minimum of 3 hours (2 cleaners for 1.5 hrs) $150

How Long Will My Cleaning Take?
We usually do not like to give exact time frames for our cleanings. However, we usually estimate 1-1.5 hours per bedroom, 1-1.5 hours per full bath, 30 minutes for half bath. These are average times based on years of experience but may change based on the actual condition of the house, or in special cases such as large homes, we do adjust the estimate in order to be fair.

Deep cleanings take more time than a recurring service since the service includes more tasks.

Please remember, because we quote cleaning jobs sight unseen, your particular project could take more or less time based on the actual amount of work to be done.

Am I Required To Sign A Contract?
There are no contracts ever, you can cancel whenever you want.
Do You Bring Your Own Supplies & Equipment?
We provide the equipment & professional grade chemicals needed to thoroughly clean your home.

If you require to use your cleaning supplies, note that we are not responsible for any damage associated with those products,
when this request is made we ask that you have the cleaning chemicals & supplies ready so we can perform our cleaning service as efficiently as possible.

If you require us to use green cleaning products or If you want us to use your cleaning products, please let us know before we start the service.

Cleaning Day Preparation
Your price for cleaning is based on the maids focusing all of their time on cleaning, we ask that you take a few minutes to tidy up to allow the maids easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floors, counter-tops, tabletops, removing dirty dishes from kitchen sinks, etc.

If you’d like our maids to do these tasks for you, call the office in advance so your cleaning fee can be adjusted for the additional time needed.

How Does The Recurring Discount Work?
Recurring discounts start AFTER the first cleaning service

If you skip cleanings so that your cleaning’s frequency is lower than what you were set up for, your price will be increased to the pricing level for the lower frequency.

We offer the following discounts for recurring service:
Weekly 20% off
Every 2 weeks 15% off
Every 3 weeks 10% off
Every 4 weeks 10% off

*Note we don’t offer recurring discounts for hourly cleaning or Airbnb cleaning.

You can apply a coupon to your appointment by logging into your account & clicking your name in the top right-hand corner.

You can then select “redeem voucher” & enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment.

You can not apply your coupon to a past appointment that is already completed.

Referral Program

If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that it is in the off position or call our office with the code & proper directions for use.

If the code should change please let us know so you do not incur a lockout charge.

Breakage & Damage Policy
While an occurrence is rare, the possibility of breakage or damage is present while we clean.

Our maids exercise reasonable care when cleaning your home, we carry insurance for damage or breakage caused by our maids.
We are not liable for damage that is caused by normal wear & tear, improper installation of an item in your home.

Family heirlooms not disclosed during the booking process, these items include but are not limited to the following: Artwork, Gifts & Collectibles: These items are expensive & impossible to replace. The client should point out such items to us before starting the service.

Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any personal items.

Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed.

Key Release
Client keys are coded & stored inside a locked cabinet to which only the managers of Queen Bee have access.

In the event, the client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key under a mat or any other unsecured place for the cleaners to gain entry into the home, Queen Bee will not be held liable for any damages or theft to the client home.

Upon termination/cancellation of services, Queen Bee shall return any client key(s) in its possession no later than 48 hours after termination of services or the next business day.

Right To Refuse Service
We reserve the right to deny &/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, Weapons on-premises, severe clutter & disconnected utilities.

Our employees have the choice to leave if the home is in an extremely unsanitary condition or they feel unsafe/threatened.

If you book a cleaning online that is unreasonable, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot & you will be charged the cancellation fee.

Can I Trust The Cleaners?
Queen Bee customers enjoy the benefits of a full contingent liability insurance of $1,000,000 & a $10,000 fidelity bond.

This means that the insurance protects not only our company and employees but also each of its customers as third parties for such possibilities of breakage & damage.

We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants in our hiring process & we are fully licensed, bonded & insured.

What Is Your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with each cleaning you receive from us.

If you are not absolutely delighted with the cleaning, we will re-service the area within 24 hours of notification for free.

Most cleaning companies wouldn’t dare stand behind a guarantee like this, but we stand behind our work.

Is My Personal Information Safe & Secure?
Our website is protected by an extended validation SSL certificate.

Our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security protocol; the credit card transactions are processed by Stripe.

No credit card numbers are stored in our system, rest assured we take security very seriously.

Non-Solicitation Of Queen Bee Cleaning Service Employees
As our customer, we ask that you agree not to solicit for hire any of our cleaning employees to work directly for you.

Our professional cleaners are background checked, their references verified & have completed comprehensive cleaning training.

Significant time, resources & money are invested in each new employees before we allow them to enter our customer’s homes.

Instant Pricing
Please remember we give these instant prices based on years of experience, but we may adjust the price based on the actual condition of the house.

To ensure there are no surprises when we arrive & find that the job will require extra time we’ll call you to let you know if we are unable to reach you, the crew will have to leave & you will be charged the cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on the time it takes to perform our service to meet the client’s standards
We will contact the client to discuss price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs drastically from the original bid.

Hourly Service
If you requested hourly service, have a prioritized list available, our cleaning crew will start at the top of the list & work the way down until the time is up.

* Please note we don’t offer a recurring discount for hourly cleaning.

Do I Need To Be At Home?
It’s up to you, many of our clients are away during cleaning, there are different ways to arrange our visit.

You may leave keys hidden under the mat, in the mailbox, with a neighbor, front desk, or give us a spare.

We will need to have a key or security code for the alarm system, we have systems in place to keep your keys secure.

We will gladly work around pets, we are a pet-friendly company, within reason: We ask that indoor activity is limited for cleaning efficiency & safety.

If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, we reserve the right to remove our employees from your home.
If the removal of our cleaning technician is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.

Our employees are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat, pets may behave differently if a family member is not present.

Cleaning Teams or Solo Cleaners?
We always send solo cleaners, occasionally more cleaners may be needed due to the complexity of work or a busy schedule.

We do our best to limit the rotation of cleaners in your home while still providing sufficient cross-training to our cleaning technicians.

Our employees have been rigorously background screened & drug tested prior to work with us, you can rest assured all our staff has integrity & is held accountable.

Arrival Window
We schedule the jobs in an order that requires the least amount of drive to help maintain low prices and avoid trip fees.

Please allow us a 90-120 minute window to deal with traffic, parking & other surprises.

Use Of Home Owner’s Vacuum
If you request to use your vacuum, we will not assume or accept any liability for damage to the unit, since we are not responsible for the maintenance of the vacuum, we will not be responsible for any repairs to it.

This is important because if the vacuum is not in working order when we arrive to clean your home, we will not be able to perform any vacuuming of carpet & hard floor surfaces.

Late Cancellation
Service reliability is extremely important to you & also our employees.

Because we reserve a time especially for you, we request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason to avoid incurring a $70 cancellation fee.

Our business number 425-786-1360 is available to you at all times.

Exceptions to this policy would include things that cannot be foreseen.

Items We Cannot Clean
MOLD – Mold removal is a specialty, Due to OSHA regulations, we cannot be liable for any mold-related risks in client’s homes.

We cannot clean hoarding homes or areas containing any animals & humans’ body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages & urine or excretions.

Unreachable Areas & Heavy Items
For liability reasons, our employees do not use ladders or move objects or furniture more than 35 pounds to protect them from injury

If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning.

The client shall make the service location accessible to our personnel on the scheduled service day.

If the team is locked out of Client’s home, every effort will be made to establish contact with Client to arrange for entry into the home, If contact is not made within 20 minutes of the arrival of the cleaning team, the scheduled cleaning will be skipped & you will be charged $70 late cancellation fee.

This fee is necessary to compensate the employees for unexpected lost revenue & time travel, to avoid the fee provide us with a key or code to gain entry to your home.

Payment is due at the time service is rendered, we accept credit, debit, cash & check.

In the event payment is not collected at the job site, the credit card on file will be charged for the total due.

Rate Increases
Client’s cleaning rate adjustments may be made at any time during the year should there be changes to the frequency of the client’s established service schedule or home or living situation: remodel, change of address, number of people living in the home, a significant addition of furniture, etc.

Customer rate shall be increased annually, by an amount not-to-exceed 8% of the client’s current rate.

Inclement Weather
We will be closed for business when weather conditions prevent Snohomish & King County School Districts from opening.
We don’t do holiday visits, If your scheduled day falls on a holiday we will contact you to reschedule, the following holidays are observed:

Independence Day
Thanksgiving (Open Until 12:00 pm)
Christmas Eve (Open Until 12:00 pm)
Christmas Day Dec 31st (Open Until 12:00 pm)

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We have built our business providing our clients with the best possible service available, still, we realize that we are human, things will from time to time get missed, should this happen email or call us within 24 hours & we will rectify the error at no charge.
What Is The Difference Between A Standard Clean, a Deep Clean &, a Move Out Clean?
Standard Cleaning
It is our most popular service, commonly-requested service for families, busy professionals who want to use enjoy quality time, we keep your home fresh & clean.

Deep Cleaning
Ideal for homes that have gone months without being cleaned or have NOT been professionally cleaned in a while. This service includes the standard cleaning plus interior window cleaning & sills, detail blinds & detail baseboards.

Move In/Out Cleaning
This service is extremely thorough, top to bottom, designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. This service includes the standard cleaning plus inside the kitchen cabinets, inside the oven & fridge, interior windows & sills, detail blinds & detail baseboards.
*IMPORTANT: We can only do move out services in completely empty homes with electricity, water & no food or furniture left.

Airbnb Cleaning
